WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FESTIVAL (T&Cs)

We’re so looking forward to having you a guest at our 5th Big Pineapple Music Festival!
Here’s a couple of points you need to know before you come along on the day…

  • Remember to bring your tickets and ID to the festival. You will not gain entry without them!
  • Please be patient when arriving or departing from the festival as there are many people coming and going just like you, along with the usual traffic. Expect thousands of people leaving the festival at one time, so take your time
  • Ride sharing and public transport are a great way to help the environment, reduce traffic congestion and make travel friends. If you are driving in a group, please organise a designated driver
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone that may be intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displaying aggressive behavior or wearing coded bands as per liquor licensing laws
  • The festival does not accept responsibility for damages or loss of property nor injuries that arise through your own fault
  • Do not remove your wristband until the festival is over. Lost wristbands will not be replaced
  • For the safety of all festival goers, The Big Pineapple Music Festival does not offer pass outs. This means unless you have a legitimated reason, once you leave the festival grounds you will not be able to re-enter
  • A cloakroom will be available on entry costs TBA.
  • Bring sunscreen, hat, insect repellant, warm winter clothing and raincoat if the weather indicates
  • Bring any medication you may need eg asthma inhalers
  • For your safety wear closed in footwear as you will be in natural gently sloping grassed surrounds
  • Should you require first-aid there are two first-aid tents on site
  • Avoid dehydration and drink plenty of water during the day
  • Drink responsibly. People who are intoxicated will not be served alcohol
  • Drink tokens are non refundable
  • If you feel that you may be harmed by a substance that you or someone has taken, please look for the Red Frog Tent or the closest First Aid Tent to assist you
  • Look out for your friends and fellow festival goers
  • If at any time you feel your safety or the safety of others is threatened please contact the nearest security guard
  • Police will be present at the event. Drug detection dogs may also be on site
  • Police will be conduction random roadside breath analysis so don’t risk it and spoil a great night out
  • Please respect the festival grounds and don’t litter. Including cigarette butts. Adequate bins will be provided at the festival
  • Please only park at the festival carpark and not on the roadside as fines will apply
